A full refund within 14 days of the purchase, until the Desk files or the API key are first used: your first file download or your first call with the API key ends the refund right for that purchase. Desk delivers digital content at once, and you confirm this at checkout. We record that first use — the date and time in UTC and which file was downloaded or which call was made — and show it in your account; the record serves only this policy and is kept with your account data.
A renewal is a new purchase with its own 14 days, counted from the date on the checkout receipt.
A card payment is not refunded after 14 days. The pass runs to the end of its term and the account returns to Free; nothing renews by itself.
To the same card, through the payment partner shown at checkout, which is the merchant of record for card payments. When the plan on that purchase is refunded it ends, and the account returns to Free. When the money shows on your statement depends on your bank.
A plan paid in bitcoin or USDT through the invoice page in your account is final and not refundable: a payment on the network cannot be reversed, and we do not send coins back.
Take a 30-day pass first. Nothing renews by itself, and every daily chart stays free without an account.
Email askthetape@gmail.com from the address of your account and name the checkout receipt of the card payment. We reply by email and say when the refund is sent.
