GET https://askthetape.com/api/v1/<page>/<window>.json with the header Authorization: Bearer ak_…. Your account page issues the key and shows it once.

Rows

Each series is a list of rows that start [x, value]. x counts days from 2009-01-03 UTC, and an hourly row adds the hour as a fraction of the day. Daily rows usually go on with the 30-day average the chart draws and the row's count since the series began. meta describes each series: rows, first and last x, high, low, average.

Stamp

Every answer carries _export: your account, the time of the answer, the license (personal use, no redistribution), where each series comes from and the window your plan reads.

Limits

5,000 calls a day per key and 60 a minute. The examples: 10 a minute from one address.

Errors

401 unknown or lapsed key · 402 no key, and the window is not one of the examples · 403 the page is not exported · 404 no such window, or not on your plan · 429 over a limit · 503 the hourly window is being rebuilt, ask again in a minute.
